How do I keep my progress on a new iPhone?
Open Settings in the game and choose Save progress with Apple. On the new phone, sign in with the same Apple Account from Settings.
I bought gold but didn't get it.
Make sure you are online and reopen the game; purchases are checked with Apple and added automatically. If it still doesn't show, email us with the date of the purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the game and choose Delete account. This erases your account, gold, items, rank and history, and removes the game from your Apple Account's Sign in with Apple list.
Someone is cheating or using a bad name.
Email us their player name and what happened.
